I'm considering a 2 bedroom garden condo as a STR and would love to hear your thoughts.   

Hi everyone,I live in NYC and purchased my grandparents’ house in Baltimore, in Ednor Gardens (nice area close to MSU, Montebello Lake)  July of 2023.

But man, I didn't think painting and all the landscaping would take as long as it did.

Both options have their merits, but with the market fluctuations and my unfamiliarity with the area's real estate landscape, I could use some insight. 

I really love a gentle fixer in a great location, such as we often find with a probate home.  3/2 single family home in an area with mature landscaping. 

All the expenses (roof, gardener, prop tax, etc. are split at 60/40)

I loved your points on sharpening your skills through education, making educated decisions through correctly running numbers on both renos/investments, and then your suggestions for the future landscape.

I have a company apron 20 something people we profit over 800k last year had it sold with 8 full price offers and 2 over full price offers didn't like the way our broker handled the deal so we moved on and we stoped it at the second we were uncomfortable the seen somewhere on here how someone did this so I thought I would post so if anyone sees this or know how to do this let me know its probably not done right or in the right spot sorry about that looking for some help like to trade so we have income thanks for any help ,, this is in the tree and landscape business ,,, we are located in phoenix az
