Would this not reduce the number of potential buyers brought to the table when the realtor can't use the largest marketing platform to its full advantage (aka the MLS)?

You can track cap rate trends on platforms like CoStar or LoopNet.4.

The pictures and description look great.That one picture that has 4 pictured in it is very difficult to see on a phone.Make sure you are on Vrbo and other platforms.

It can still work in niche situations but I think it is a grind and you gamble time and money.
