Didnt think about chrome web browser

I am a Columbus investor and frequently am looking at zainesville when the c’bus craziness gets me sad.I’ve done no research on the fundamentals of the market because I don’t trust the ability to find a reliable property manager, which for me is a dealbreaker:1.

With combining some simple door/window sensor, a smart thermostat, and a good web interface provider to combine this data you can have great peace of mind.

It is fundamental to your underwriting to figure out how much cash you need to put in and what the gross income potential is.

In my opinion, everything is hot right now and we investors just have to buy on good fundamentals and be patient.
