I would anticipate it would depend on the level of detail you desired but it has been my experience that the will do free estimates.

So next tenant goes to a FREE tenants rights/advocacy group, who is all too happy to jump all over it.

Some are owned by my ROTH IRA and are making tax free cashflow.

He was very successful and wealthy before he started making videos and created a course.Does his course teach you to build a successful business or work hard at a W-2, earn a boatload of money, and then learn for free through a mentor like he did?
