The wholesaler has zero skin in the game and leaves the seller high and dry.This is the reason I said above that if it were my property, I'd be looking for at least $10K, non-refundable after 10 days.Meanwhile, the seller has made his new living arrangements and has possibly made commitments to others based on the influx of cash - commitments that he can now not complete.
