@Eric Fernando - Yes, with it being gutted it makes it easier for the electrician, otherwise they have to punch holes in walls and fish wires through.

They have a fish which is a violation of no pet policy.

Oil is picking up in the area again.

We don't charge for extra persons but nearly every time we've had someone inquire for 2 adults and what to know capcity on a 1 bedroom unit, they're fishing for at least double that.Our current record is someone trying to fit 6 in a one bedroom. 

Surf, fish, dive, etc...so an inexpensive place in a random suburb somewhere is no good either.

I've seen plenty of oil and waste get dumped in these. 

My wife's tiny little home town in West Texas suddenly got a big boost as they found a bunch of oil nearby the other year and suddenly all bets were off.
