It's also extremely hard to win with an FHA loan to house hack in NJ because of the competition and the repair issues that won't pass FHA.

but if the deal is good enough and its the only way to get it done.. its a win win.the transaction lenders for double close.. generally only put the money in the day of closing and get it back basically same day..

Time will tell which side “wins” but so far those that indicate hospice is not residential are winning (the construction has been halted). 

If not redeemed the property is signed over to the winning bidder.A couple of details.

"The agent assured me..." or "the property manager thought" or "the inspector missed" are all famous last words.
