Hello all, I'm curious how much the HUD will actually pay compared to the 40th percentile rents posted on their site.I'm aware of the different amounts each tenant will cover in terms of their portion of the rent, but I'm not sure if the HUD will actually agree to my rent price.I've been taking the stated FMR for the bedroom count, and taking 20% off the number stated (to be conservative as to what the HUD will accept). 

There is a surcharge in rent that goes up with the number of tenants per unit, this is also known and accepted as normal.

Hey @David Fitch, we use QuickBooks Online exclusively for all of our REI Clients including multifamily owners.

If you move out early, the landlord can charge a fee even if you find an acceptable replacement tenant.

You're accepting pets.  

I think the biggest block to getting anything like this accepted is building codes. 

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

Batchleads' response was to suggest lying about the industry to get the campaign accepted, which we obviously did not do and strongly advise against if you wish to avoid getting sued.My current marketing channels are outsourced cold calling and PPC.

It seems the most likely issue is simply having your personal names as the deed holder listed in a complaint although again, based on what you shared about your sound operations your insurance should cover any claims that would arise since you wouldn’t be triggering any coverage exclusions.
