Keep in mind that a fee attorney has to see transactions through 2 very distinct lenses: 1) you sell (title) insurance and need to evaluate risk that can /should be insured against or avoided but at the same time 2) investing is all about taking risks based on the potential return.

Hi there @Brad MorganSo there are two distinct ways to view this: 1) People buy the houses to live in2) Investors buying the houses to rent outThe 200k number you gave i think is a reflective of average going market rate but as an investor, you're always looking for a good deal hence the expectation is that buying price should be significantly lower than average going market rate.
