This semi-detached project has some large tiled areas, so we are using some neutral light grey tile, and combined with an oak floor, darker walnut style cabinets, and white quartz counters makes for a timeless looking package that can suit many colours of paint and furnishings.With the drywall project half done, it is time to really go back and take a hard look at the schedule.

Well your honor we were going to go clean up that room and fix the shade and shampoo the carpets but when we got there he changed the locks.

For painting the exterior is it currently a darker color going lighter or vice versa?

There are many nice older neighborhoods with nice old shade trees that line the roads and the city is in a very central location.

Windows are easier for renters to gloss over though, especially if there are shades covering them.

I have a rehab project going now and one of the deciding factors to flip vs buy and hold was the fact that it had so many great shade trees.

No way those guys would have rented from me.Add 'no smokers no matter what' to your screening criteria with your PM and your risk of being shaded will drop dramatically.
