Ugh.Looking for options to QBO:- supports classes, or some functional equivalent to QBO classes, which I use to sort be able to look at per-property P&L, capEx, etc.- CPA just wants a pdf or excel SS for P&L, BalanceSheet, GL - so could use whatever I want, in theory.- bank integration (download transactions) a must- no employees, so don't need payroll- if it'll bill that's awesome.

They're all very similar in my opinion, and do about 90% similar functions.

If rents rise over the next few years, that could help cover some of the higher payments if interest rates continue to climb.

When you do a 1031 exchange, the next property you buy continues down the same depreciating term. 

They subtlety put the burden of proof on me to show that my line is capped so my contractor continues to install cleanouts so we can flush and scope- cleanout has to be put on the Water Districts vacant property. 

I've had continuous problems with my account connections breaking...it's happening at least once a day.

If that continues then I'm definitely out ( and we will see).

I don't think the fact that prices have gone up 5 years in a row is a good clean indicator that they will continue to do so, if it cashflows today and I can hold it for 20 years inflation should do most of the heavy lifting for me.
