My instinct tells me yes if I can find quality properties at my price point, but that there could be some benefit to putting it all on one potentially more reliable/higher quality structure. 

They're more blue collar and are not always the most reliable if they're too tied up in other projects.

I have listened in on their free consultations just to get an idea of what they offer and what I discovered is that they teach the same things found in books you can find on Amazon written by Brandon Turner or J Scott. 

.- Consider consulting with a real estate agent or property manager to get a better sense of the rental potential.If you're not in immediate need of the cash, renting could be a good option, especially if the numbers work out.
