To change this would be saying to staff and the public (through city council) that they are wrong about what the city needs going forward.Variances typically occur when there is a problematic property in the current zone--usually when the building's original purpose or lot configuration is also non-conforming.  

Also, if there are any other expenses besides the rent (ie for a multi) to be billed back, it can easily accommodate that. it can be configured for a number of setups and can do a decent amount on auto pilot once setup.

I have this configuration and it's good enough.

House configurations can vary greatly from house to house here:5 bed/2 bath; 2 units: 2 beds/1bath each6 beds/6 baths3 units: 2 beds/1 bath & 1 bed/bath, etc.

A 7br/1b is an obsolete configuration.

We had to have wells that met the state (and industry) standards as to size and configuration.  

I can think of five other configurations as well.

I your answer to all or at least 2 of the questions yes then I would recommend Android, it has good variety of applications and its more open then apple products to let you configure that to your needs.
