We typically do trim, doors and ceiling in one color; sometimes kitchen in its own color; sometimes all bathrooms in another color; and then all the remaining interior walls the same color.

What I have not done, put vinal siding on, never laid formica, never cut granite, not a cabinet maker but I built inset boxes/cabinets, never did log siding or logs, no real slick concrete finish, no foam insulation work, no hvac except ducts hung, and other odds n ends, so lots I never did.

If you would be staining it you would have to go with something less strong because the stripper can color the bare wood underneath and put some heavy dark spots in it.

They make low temp paint from Sherwin Williams, but I would not paint in freezing weather because you will get sick and the colors will dry different than the color on the chip. also remember the color on the chip is actually a photo of the color so its actually ink lol.

the house with the missing gas furnace and AC was insured but with the butcher job of the removal and cut lines and ducts, I'm sure it could not be repaired for $5,000 but it was listed as insured.And other cases there have been relatively minor flaws, well less than $5,000 and the property is listed as uninsured.And then there is the third type of property, where I marvel how the property was financed FHA the first time as there are clear major defects that would be rejected by an FHA appraiser, so how did it become a HUD repo?
