Hi, looking for advice how to rid a home of cigarette smoke odor.

Someone who smokes cigarettes will say things like "anyone can get cancer" or "I want to enjoy my life even if I die young".

Get rid of all unnecessary expenses, cell phones, lacquer, cigarettes, cable tv, restaurants, and friends/girl friends that cost you money.

There was this awkward pause.... then I heard her light and take a big, deep drag off her cigarette with an over exaggerated exhale like she was thoroughly bugged.

This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device.

I paid a few hundred bucks in labor, 2 lunches, and 2 packs of cigarettes vs. $3500 in labor).  

As Jill stated above, it's the tar in the cigarette smoke that's the issue.

Could be the property is soaked in cat urine and cigarette smoke.

Even so, many of those that have been in arrears had cable tv, cigarettes, beer in the fridge, and a bottle of Crown Royal on a high shelf.

If on a Friday evening the neighbors are sitting on lounge chairs in the front lawn smoking something that is not a cigarette, blasting music, and every so often a car rolls up and some sort of fast transaction/exchange is made, that would be a red flag.
