That's because the combustion byproducts are in a gaseous form, so the gases can float up through the flue pipe and out of your roof.If your furnace has an AFUE rating of 90 percent or above, it will have a flue pipe that goes out of the side of your house.

Maybe the tenant put those in and though they could take them.If you've just taken over this unit at the start of this new tenant, and the owner told you a washer, dryer, and central AC were included, and it turns out they're not, you have a beef with the owner.

Unless they are paying a below market rent I see this escalating.I can see if a tenant abuses things and you have a beef as a landlord.
