Yeah, when there is more to consider then the simple cash flow, Idaho is still a beautiful option.

The furniture and décor in a house speaks volumes about what type of person lives there, and has a huge impact on what types of people apply to become a tenant.

@John DeanJohn, I’ve used both Kilz original oil based (on any surfaces that are real bad/ deteriorating) and then their newer product that is water based called Restorer... most recently (April) I bought a place that had two beautiful dogs that literally never saw the outdoors and after stripping the carpet rolled Restorer on the entire subfloor before throwing down the usual LVP.

This is something I learned building out 3 different beauty salons.

The property location, configuration, decor and amenities factor into who is going to want to rent it and how much they're willing to pay. 

. - Furniture & Decor  Roughly half of the STR's clients have acquired the past two years have been sold furnished.

Anyways in Dec or Jan , bathroom pipe burst because they never switched on the heating or power, or shut down water - during the coldest winter Seattle has ever seen.
