What is the best way to dispute disagreed charges, whether it's something like this, or something like a damaged door that could be attributed to wear and tear? 

Certainly has attributed to more competition, but has also helped raise property values held within my portfolio.

It is pretty rare to see any spec building in this area, and when you do it is generally homes that are much larger than your 2500-3000 sqft, I attribute this to the high cost of dirt in the infill areas, and the low cost of the current inventory.

Steven,Thanks for your thoughtful, well articulated feedback.I am wondering though, why you have an adverse opinion on having Sch C that can take care of expenses common to multiple properties, like car lease expense, some business lunches, home office use, etc that is not easy to attribute to a particular property.The intent is to allocate proportional fraction of income from each property property as income on schedule C and than offset this income with legit expenses common for all properties.This would leave expenses relevant to individual properties to be expensed on Sch E

Short of illegally recording the phone conversations, the statements attributed to Jim Gordon, and even placed in quotation marks in the second narrative, had to be based on the testers’ best recollections and notes, which certainly could be flawed in detail.

That way we dont hold folks up if we dont like the physical attributes.

They attribute it to several potential reasons, but completely ignore what is now the most commonly cited reason for reduction in crime during the 1990s: legalizing abortion in the 70s.

I agree that it does have something to do with the "stars aligning" in terms of the attributes that are most important.
