Couple of things I looked out for:- Area, make sure it's somewhere that will have stable demand- I stayed away from homes that had a lot of renovations that were needed- During the tour see if you can spot basic issues like if wiring is old or how new is the HVAC system, etc. - If you decide to keep the tenants that are already there see how well they keep the place

A prospective tenant may schedule a showing time through our system after being verified.Our system will automatically send a lockbox code to that prospective tenant that's only valid for the scheduled showing time they signed up for and will change after that scheduled period ends.

@Walker Hinshaw We haven't rented to a sober living company but we did rent to 4 roommates who, at the time, claimed to be setting up their own sober living house as a support system for each other.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.
