Keep their appetites wet.  

There are few factors you need to consider while thinking about the new purchase: 1) your income 2) amount you have for down payment 3) your equity 4) your appetite = what is you max budget for the purchase.

Have a ravenous appetite for learning everything possible.

With that said, much of the market here seems frothy, but there still a strong appetite for multi-families.

At the end of the day your best option depends on your appetite for leverage and investing philosophy.

Risk appetite vs reward.

Again it will depend on the company and what their risk appetite is for what coverages/policies they will offer.

I'm former banker that used to approve deals and use several different places for my deals but each of them have different appetites right now.  

Not everyone has the stomach or appetite for this part of the rough-and-tumble world of litigation.I recommend you stay away from this one unless you lots if spare time on your hands.

Learn what you are investing in first and then see if you have the appetite for purchasing a property with out seeing it.
