It would quickly turn into like $18k.By the time taxes and transaction costs ate most of my gain, I am left with a poor return for the risk and effort.

I am thinking if BP had another conference say and both my partner and I who are both actively involved in the business flew there, paid for conference, hotel, food, bought some learning materials, and ate some meals? 

This year's repairs ate up a whole year of cash flow.
