I came across some interesting stats on twitter that begs a question. 

I am sure Elon Musk is finding that Twitter users encompass over 50% bot accounts and not real people.

Setup a Facebook page for your business and a Twitter account.

@Michael Henry  thanks I forgot all about hotpads,  never used zillow or trulia because I feel they are not reliable/accurate. besides facebook and twitter the others I never heard of.

The article below popped on my twitter feed not long after the fiasco and I would have been more detailed in my screening.

Social media is definitely hard to keep up with...I think what people struggle with the most is that they start posting a bunch on Social Media for a few weeks, don't see any results (or run out of content) and then just get frustrated with the lack of engagement and stop posting altogether.Social media definitely takes persistence and a well though-out content strategy.I have personally found Instagram to be much more engaging than audiences on Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin.

Twitter and Linked-In I'm not so impressed with.... at least not yet.

We've had a lot of great press, but it seems that the membership just hasn't been enthusiastic about promoting the site beyond word of mouth, email, Facebook, Twitter, and invites.
