I think it would also make sense to buy at least 1-2 rental properties a year from the very beginning so that these properties could act like some kind of a backup in case I lose my job for example etc.Thanks!

Make sure you pay the 2014 tax or you will lose your deed out to a new tax deed owner. 2) If you felt the owner will not redeem,( low value property that owns mortgage to a lender, if the bid amount is high enough.

Since the landlord didn't lose any rent and there were no damages, I can't see any way this would hold up.If your lease is the standard TAR lease (I'm guessing it's not), there is a clause which deals with early termination.
