As you can see, my total cost for all these surgeries was a fraction of what I would have paid in premiums over the years! 

All services have a fair value, from digging a ditch to doing brain surgery, it's not about an opinion with justifications. :)  

Do you want someone who isn't qualified to the same standard interpreting your MRI or doing trauma surgery on your sister who got into a car wreck?

Our guests have generally not been tourists for the summer but people who are waiting to move into their new home, people having surgery at UMC, etc.

Whenever I came across something new, I would look it up in the book and follow the directions and the pictures (it's not brain surgery).

@Irina Belkofer I hate whenever realtors use the comparison to surgery/doctors... please don't take this the wrong way, but being a realtor is SIGNIFICANTLY different than being a doctor.

As a Service Disabled Veteran myself (just recovering from my third knee surgery), I certainly realize how difficult it can be to get around at times.

If a brain surgeon were to treat me for the flu I don't really think it's ethical to charge me his rate for brain surgery, his additional skills were not applicable to his services.
