I love the idea of a bonus instead of a credit.

Are bonuses and overtime being considered, if so how long have you been receiving this bonus or overtime income?

However, in many of the podcasts we've heard it being a great bonus to have your license but no one has mentioned having to put in time at say a Keller Williams. 

The ideal way to do this is to have them invest with you and receive LP share's and maybe a small GP bonus.

On top of considering the bonuses of mortgage paydown, tax advantages, and appreciation (even if just as a tiebreaker for appreciation since its not guaranteed), you also need to dig deeper into the second question.
