I don't get any key word alerts the only way I can use BP is to scroll through and open up threads.I do get alerts if someone votes for me or is trying to send me a PMI have asked the mother ship for help but still in limbo here.As for this deal.. how it was described is a little confusing so I could not comment on it.There are better guys in the bay area for forecasting the market..

I use Zillow but I scroll down and find "recent homes sales" near the property.

Yes Sir that is exactly what I am saying I have no ability to monitor threads which is most frustrating.. and severly limits my participation on the site.. as I have to scroll through the threads and try to figure out which one's I responded too and wanted to see any response's to my comments.I am digging this site though.. there are some characters..
