We've been in communication about getting everything repaired until they found out the contractor said it would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to fix the spots of drywall that have been removed and to repaint, etc, and now their responses to my texts are less and less.

His students, I believe, are generally the “real estate is an easy path to riches” crowd.Some students are self starters and would probably achieve with or without paying the big fee.

Terrible communication.

I prefer larger crowds, but like you mentioned it wasn't all bad.The communication on where to go and what to do could have been better, but I still had an amazing time!

Their communication is slow at best and you have to ask to speak with a person and hope they provide the Calendly link to schedule a time.  

The communication has been awful and the seller is furious over the one week delay, mostly because the lender will not commit to a date.

And I'm four lines of communications away, yet still hear about it.

-What should my communication expectations be?

They may see it as "greedy landlord trying to get rich off of me."
