I've had landlords I know get royally scr*wed by tenants on that sort of deal....

Before this public declaration I had already told my Thai Princess, "I am not selling a single mobile home to anyone, no matter what the profits are" and that is my personal choice that I don't impose on anyone.My day job is in customer service, technical support.

It was a royal PITA but we got it done.

Culpeper, Warrenton, Winchester, Front Royal are all good options within a close distance to Loudon County.

Others pursued the high-end royal blues and greens, while the muddled masses clambered for the good "value" properties on the other two sides of the board.Fast forward twenty years and I now by "cheap" properties, fix them up and rent them out.

Its not this help they think they provide.. for everyone that thinks they are helping there are 3 that are royally screwing up the deals and or in some cases that i have personally been involved with  caused the seller to lose their property because they were blowing smoke up their skirt and could not find a buyer could not close and the home gets lost to foreclosure..  

I just like princess rehabs....carpet and paint.  

Although, I must say, doing the IRA LLC method is a royal pain.
