18th Street is a priority corridor within Pilsen for development by the City and the local Alderman, especially on the western end of the corridor by the the Pink line station.

However, I am right across the street from the Chickasaw Gardens area and the Pink Palace.

Now they are selling for 100k ++ I used to own the 7 unit next to Beach bar on Waterloo, Like and IDIOT I sold it for about 150k, now it would sell for 250k.

They are turning it into a retail shop with 6 different businesses, and the owners of Grnd Sqrl are opening up another bar on the strip.

Hello Baron, I would tend to agree with that experienced investor you spoke to.

I first filled the joist cavities with sound insulation (Roxul Safe n Sound is good because it is also fire rated, there's also a pink insulation for sound that is cheaper but not fire rated).

The spore density was lower than the air outside, but a month later when I came out I could see pink stuff forming on a few walls in the utility room.

Even though most of the time he wants to paint everything purple with pink spots (because that is what his sister likes) he feels like his is part of the team when we ask and I really feel that is what keeps him so interested.
