I own a photography business and my husband is a full time IT employee, i.e., regular job.

My Husband is a wildly talented photographer with a successful photography business but he really doesn't seem to get this real estate stuff and hasn't quite embraced the idea of passive income.

I also find work part time, although much less so now, as a photographer.My goal in real estate is to build enough passive income to allow me to quit my job and focus on other pursuits, such as: traveling, living abroad, photography, investing in other businesses (which I will discuss at the end), and continuing to invest in real estate, of course.

I have a strong handle on the photography end of things - my previous career was as a very high end architecture and hospitality photographer - so I can get that it took 5 days for sure.Danny Duran I will text you his info for sure this morning.

But, with good marketing, professional photography, accurate pricing, you can do pretty well.

If these are in-progress or "Before" pictures, scrape them off the ad and get some post-rehab pictures up.If this is the final results of your rehab and I'm not just looking at bad photography, go back and fix the details.  

Like most people, my big goal is to develop enough mailbox money to cover my expenses -- but for starters, just getting a first place with positive cash flow seems so daunting...I'm a lawyer working in the oil business (Houston, duh) and I like photography and playing guitar and singing (poorly). 

--- and so on.Overall, I am gradually being convinced that in a hot market, below those price points where listing agents start paying for free drone photography, listing agents add absolutely no value to the transaction.

Its really exciting to see so many people respond. pumps me up to move.I would like to mention that I am a photographer and I do a lot of real estate photography as a hobby.
