I have to say the BP podcasts are very addictive and a great way to get yourself into the fast track with investing - In regards to reading real-estate books - I have found that audio books are a much faster medium to get your information in - Your local library should have enough to hold you over, however the most bang for your buck is to listen to the BP podcasts.
