For Example: if Jane Doe has a property in Colorado...putting the title of the Colorado property into a Texas Series LLC won't do anything from and asset protection stand point of view, unless you have a Colorado LLC that holds the title of the property and then have the Texas Series LLC own the Colorado LLC.
