It can be lawyers, brokers...The Golden Visa is a program that allows anyone from outside of Europe who invests in Portugal for 5 years to get a European passport.The rule in Portugal is to invest in a property for at least 350 K and hold it for 5 years, which would then allow the investor and his family (children have to be under 24) to obtain a European passport.In 2022 the rule will be changing as investors will have to invest through an Investment fund for a duration of 5 years in order to qualify.We started a Real estate Fund and have been looking for clients and potential partnerships with people in the US as the demand there is getting very big.Let me know your thoughts.Kind regardsPaul

Unless it's pretty obvious, you need to make a claim on the title insurance and probably let the state insurance commissioner (at that's who in OR) know to "turn up the heat".
