You don't need those done in the winter and this way they get paid if they do it and if they don't then you can get it done.Yes, but depending on where you are in the country, you do need the leaves raked in the autumn, and the steps and walks shoveled, salt to be spread in the winter.

I'll let the professionals weigh in on this, but just telling you this like we're strangers chatting at a bar so take it with a grain of salt, but I believe it puts the onus back on the creditor or collection agency to reinstate it or show proof they really did try to contact you if you dispute it.

I don't use a column for Balance because I don't care what my balance is.Then, all you need to do is send your Excel file to your CPA and if he is worth half his weight in salt he Exports your data to to his Quickbooks.That is all the small operator needs and it will stand the test of time for many years.I used Quicken when the first PC's were invented.
