There are situations in which the protection can be removed (criminal or statutory misconduct).

Specifically to their latest guidance on denying applicants with a criminal history...I will be running the background check last as part of the application process instead of in tandem - which should let all the other key criteria be met in advance.  

Also, I don't rent to convicted felons or people with a criminal history of violence.

Don't use bums or criminals just to save a few bucks... they will hurt you in the long run.

Be diligent and check their rental references, credit report, eviction and criminal reports and I like to suggest setting higher than normal standards.

We provide all applicants with our criteria and then use credit/criminal/rental check to verify.  

If you find you're building is of particular interest for the criminals - you can brace a 2x4 against the plywood at an angle and nail the other end to the floor.

I like to put in deposit information and rent cost and that applications will be required from every person over 18 for a credit and criminal background check.
