What are your thoughts on owning multiple units within the same condominium complex?

Scenario: Acquired a rental condominium 12/21.

Our tenant’s selection criteria are No eviction, No felony in last 7 years and household income at least $2500.

They are a 2 parent household with two children under 10yrs old, no pets, both adults are working and have been living in this building I bought for years.
