You are asking some really basic questions which is good, but you are in for a long learning curve doing this on your own.Consider acting as a bird dog for the dominant wholesaler in your market.

Hey Shamim I would kill two birds with one stone and get a 3 or 4 plex and then a year two rent the last unit out and get my primary.
