Sorry just a boring post about a guy looking for cement dudes

I have a borrower that has a home with a cement floor and only a stove top.

In general, a solid concrete wall or cement backer board wall should be able to hold the weight of any tile, but a skimmed drywall wall may not be able to bear a very heavy load.Ideas for Matching Floor and Wall TilesYou can go any number of directions when matching wall and floor tiles.

We did hardie cement board siding to replace the wood siding.

And build a fence around the buildings , wouldnt need a cement slab because they are built to be on the ground.

This salt reacts chemically with the cement in the concrete and weakens the bonds with the sand and rock and you see the concrete begin to crumble. 

One is a tile hallway, cement basement stairs and 2 carpeted stairs and halls, the other 3 halls and 4 stairs of laminate.

Last March I purchased 2 triplexes for a great price.I know there was deferred maintenance, roof, gutters, paint, and some cement and landscape issues..But the deal was too good to pass up.

You drill holes in it and fill the voids with cement/concrete.

Is this dry cement?
