I am unable to see where the 168 comes from. 100k from the initial investment, 8k from annual return, 20k from cash on cash?

Not just “do I have the time” but also the temperament and skill set.

We have gone high as 97% the only 100% I have seen is from a company called Kiavi. 

Doesn't need to have the $150k but a portion of it. 

The more financial assets the better.

The seller wants $150k, and the numbers check out.

These types of policies are structured the opposite of a typical policy where the goal is the large death benefit amount.
