Corporate retreats, weddings, birthdays, graduations... do people spend way too money on those things in the midwest like we do in the Northeast??

I have upped my yoga classes to 5 times a week; it seems to help....

Sorry I was distracted from topic.The reason people take less is they don't know what to do and they take the alternative that is offered that limits their losses as much as possible.Sometimes we all have to cut our losses and retreat so we can rally for the next battle.

I've had dreams of opening my own reunion/corporate retreat ranch for most of my life and I've finally found the perfect place:It's perfect because the sellers are having an unfortunate family feud - but they're selling it for a lot cheaper than it should be (I hope that doesn't make me sound like a bad person).

I wrote down goals all the time, posted them to walls, in my top desk drawer, on mirrors, said them like a yoga mantra only to not see them materialize, well, until I figured out you must build a road map to the goal.

offer the lawn area to be utilized for someone that does goat yoga.....seems to be a new craze....together with having several other str units like yurts or rvs...the goats would mowe the grass and would be another attraction for people staying there.I love win.win

We also have a beautiful golf course property just listed on VRBO and trying to come up with some marketing avenues to to affluent golfers and large family retreats in the USVI.Thinking Facebook page is the next step and look into golf magazines or send direct flyers out somehow.  

The rooms upstairs would make a perfect teen retreat or man cave!

The program included a retreat, which was great, and weekly mentoring with a seasoned investor.
