If you don't trust me with your money, we're on the wrong foot already.This is not to say that there're no sh**ty attorneys/CPAs or that there're no ethical contractors.

If you are ashamed to have them know it you are doing something wrong.

They would have more experience with DSCR calculations and may pick up on what you're getting at more quickly compared to a loan officer who typically works with owner-occupier customers.I have no experience underwriting consumer loans so I certainly could be wrong about who can or does what but my point is to not get hung up on needing something called a "DSCR Loan".

Contracts are not for when things go right, they're designed for when things go wrong.

Otherwise you have a lot of options, none of which are inherently wrong.

That usually lets the county types know they could be helping an owner and not tracking someone down with ill intentions.Be open and honest and you won't go wrong. :)

Not because anyone is wrong. 

I would add that for openings that are about 3 weeks out, I cut the price a good bit, but not so much as to attract the wrong type guests.
