( Douglas Ranch).. its owned by a B guy from Denver he owns the Denver avalanche and i think might have married a Walton.So we get word he is coming to the lodge for dinner.. and oh man you should have seen the staff.. but what happened was his security team came in that morning for a sweep.. and this is a lodge on a 500k acre ranch.. behind locked gates. 

The smart locks aren't a bad idea, but I'm not sure I'd do it in an area that's not at least a B class or so. 

I work with many clients and the general flow can look like:LLC > Land Trust > property / propertiesSeries LLC > Agent Trust > "child" series (A / B / C / etc.)

With a B class property all my senior applicants have very high 700s - 800s scores.  

This is not a B neiborhood, it's Euclid - just nicer part of it, I'd say C+.

Are they typically A, B or C neighborhoods and how close to the market/asking price do you have to go to secure the deal?
