I see the numbers making sense from how they've listed it on the site.

I get being annoyed by the constant adding of rules and regulations from the site, it bothers me as well, but frankly, anyone who wasn't already meeting these guidelines with their messaging shouldn't be hosting anyway.

There are some pay sites like thumbtack too.

Most managers are on just these sites and perhaps their direct websites, but the others are realistically the primary source. 

New to mid term rentals and wondering if there is a way, or site to find out the demand by property type, bedrooms, location etc.  

The registration site still isn't working properly.

ya I kind of figured that.. most folks on this site are probably still looking for those rates through a real secured vehicle an they dont exist..
