I'm trying to analyze my first property and not sure how to set it up to run the number using the calculator tools here. 2 of the units are successful Airbnb short term rentals, and the other two units are month to month rentals to existing tenants.

I’ve also seen success with titles that create an emotional connection—something like, ‘Ultimate Family Escape with Stunning Views!’

@John Matthew Johnston 80% of the time, it's a thankless job:(You're never fast enough for complaining tenants, nor fast enough or cheap enough for owners.To have any chance of success, you have to be extremely organized, or every day starts with your hair on fire!
