She never said anything about a snake and I already said she could have her dog. 

Cracked foundations, mold, spiders, snakes in the walls and ceilings (we ran into that helping another investor), etc... 

Tried the usual things to unclog it (drain cleaners, removing the trap, attempting to snake it); no luck. 

Get a new plumber, grease doesn’t form an impenetrable clog, it could easily be angered/snaked.

I use it as a determent and have never seen mice, snakes and/or an other such unwelcomes and I do have a property that has a crawlspace, the one place you have the potential to find these little fellas. 

I feel like everytime I can't find the snake in the grass, I'm asking to get bit.

Just watch out for country snakes!
