Was firm in voice but not warm.

I believe that I've created a fun and memorable voice for our brand and I'm very intrigued with this level of marketing.  

The more quality contacts you make (email, voice mail, handl shakes, etc.) the better. 

Hey guys I'm just getting started and I went to set up Google voice and noticed a lot of news stories that said Google voice would be removed in the coming months.  

I made some calls to local Title companies and when I asked if they did double closings, their tone of voice turned from "happy happy joy joy thanks for calling, how can i help you" to "oh no you didn't just ask if we do THAT!!!"

I am fine in groups of a few people, but amplify my voice and put me in front of a room full...My anxiety aside, it was a good meeting.

After a bit of digging, her colleague informed me that only the person that did the original title work could assist me and that I would have to leave a message on voice mail.

I have signed up for Google Voice.

Feasibly, you could quickly get your return and reinvest it in your next property.I must agree with that voice in the back of your head.

I love the "work from any internet connection" model.I am pretty new to the wholesaling world, but I would suggest getting a new google voice number for each area you market to.
