For this reason even real estate lawyers use agent representation here in my experience (I’ve helped a few and was surprised how little they knew about negotiating, transactions, the sales process etc. real estate on the “street level” despite being lawyers and seasoned investors).

I am still surprised to see even vacant lots still available even on a tight budget.
