If you told me you're going to Austin for grad school and pretty sure you will return in two years, same thing, might rent it.

They have great school districts. 

The criminal background check came up clear but I found out that the male tenant had case against him that caused him to loose his job at the school due to inappropriate behavior.

This money is what we have lived on while we were both in school.

There's a huge active church on the block that looks beautiful but isn't too busy so there's plenty of parking most days and there's a big elementary school on the next block so again, plenty of parking and it looks nice. 

We are under contract .There are 2 houses under $700K in my zip code , none in my school district .
