I am in Central Florida and have some great PM relationships, but none of them cover all the areas I service, so I tell my clients, let's find a property, and then I can connect you with the Best PM that covers the area.

But for the purposes of this explanation let's say you're my client and this is your first deal with me. 

Unsure on the current STR market there but if it is strong would make a very cool STR.

Competition remains strong but it doesn't mean your goal is impossible to reach.

And the only "client" reviews I've seen mention that their customer service is non responsive and difficult to get a hold of once you're purchased their services.
