As the rules stand, it’s between them and the IRS, unless they voluntarily disclose like Caliber.Big projects announced in area opportunity zones include Caliber's redevelopment project in downtown Mesa, a soccer stadium near Tempe, workforce housing and an expensive apartment high-rise in downtown Phoenix, a hotel in Avondale and rental homes in Tempe and Glendale.Other projects underway that could tap the tax break include the massive Southbridge II project in Scottsdale, a Nike shoe factory in Goodyear and an Amazon delivery station in Goodyear.Here is a rundown of some known projects, by city.Nike is opening a manufacturing plant near Van Buren Street and Yuma Road in Goodyear.

I have a STR home in Tallahassee about 2 mi from FSU stadium, cashflow is great during football season/graduation/session (jan-mar).You'll need someone who is specialized in turning properties over more often (cleaners, checking for damage, restocking essentials like coffee etc).

The market here is definitely on the up and up↗️ if you've noticed in the news in Vegas lately there is a massive amount of development in progress & future planned development of a $1.4 Billion dollar football stadium for the NFL's Raiders to come here plus 2 more casinos going up in the next consecutive years.
